I’m Santino Adornetto and the owner of the Casale54. On the outskirts of the village of Gioiosa Marea in Sicily, three terraced houses with a size of 40-60 sqm were built in 2022 from a 200-year-old farm worker's house.
Located on a slope, on a plot facing the sea, you can see the village San Giorgio and the sea from the garden. From Catania, as from Palermo, it can be reached in less than 2 hours.
Each of the three well-equipped units has its own terrace, underfloor heating and cooling. The minimum stay is one week. The property is 90 percent self-sufficient thanks to its own well, a large solar system and an air heat pump.
The beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, by bike in 2 minutes.
The fantastic Aeolian Islands can be reached via ferry from Patti Marina, which is a five minutes drive from our place.
